An event on the rooftop only comes with a buy out policy for a Private Event. 

No one under the age of 21 is permitted on the roof.

No animals are permitted on the roof.

Roof is not open during inclement weather that includes: rain, snow, ice, high winds, hail or any other weather related issue that is considered a threat to customers and staff.
